The Arcsoft Photo Impression program interferes with the device driver, and there is NO way to get the drive back without reinstalling the Windows Operating System to Factory settings. I kid you not. Do you pull one of the 250 GB WD Caviars and plug in 30 Gb SATA and you can install Vista? DVD/CD drive does not seem to belong here. Why did you mention it?
